The Elders
Memory keepers, quiet arbiters. Neutral in turf wars, but honored by all. Elders protect the weakest, resolve disputes, and maintain the Wall of Names - a graffiti shrine to every dead Vergefolk. If an Elder calls for ceasefire, it is obeyed.
